Barry B. Fisher LL.B. is a mediator and arbitrator in Toronto. His practice focuses on both labour and employment law matters.  He is the author of the Wrongful Dismissal Database, an online database published by Carswell, designed to assist lawyers and human resource professionals in determining reasonable notice. He currently serves as the Chair of the ADR Section of the Ontario Bar Association and is has sat on the executive of the Labour & Employment Section of the Ontario Bar Association.
